         Notably, he contributed to the planning and development of two prominent projects in the Triangle                 area:

                 Brier Creek: A 2000-acre mixed-use development that includes Brier Creek Commons, an                                  800,000-square-foot power center.
                 Amberly: A 1000-acre development known for its thoughtful design and community                             integration.
